At Optimum Chauffeur Drive we are actively monitoring and following the WHO, HSE and NTA guidelines regarding the COVID 19 virus. The health and safety of our clients and drivers is our top priority and we have implemented the following procedures:
Drivers will wash and sanitise their hands thoroughly before and after each service and will wear PPE.
Our drivers will refrain from greeting clients with a welcome handshake and will limit any close contact with their passengers.
Assistance with passengers luggage will only be provided when our clients have first given consent for the driver to handle their luggage.
We have installed protective screens in our 6 passenger seat MPV's between the driver and the rear passenger seating as an extra precaution.
All vehicles will be equipped with a protection kit which will be available for passengers. This contains a mask, gloves, hand sanitizer and antibacterial skin wipes.
All vehicles will be washed down and sanitized before and after each service, interior and exterior.
